Nelberto Ilagan is a CMAS-certified Instructor and serves as the President of the Mabini Boat Association (MABOCA). He also holds the position of Secretary at Anilao Macro Spotter and works as a Dive Guide. Nelberto is deeply involved in the diving community, where he plays a key role in organizing and guiding dive activities, as well as in advocating for sustainable and responsible diving practices. Rene Camacho is a certified PADI Instructor known for his exceptional skills as a macro spotter.
